Orders and Shipping

Appalachian Baits is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or damaged packages, or any issue with shipping carriers after the package has left the Appalachian Baits facility. The customer will need to contact the shipping carrier to solve any issue with the shipping/delay/delivery of package.


Appalachian Baits is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong mailing addresses.

Returns and Exchanges

Dough Baits are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Only after contacting/speaking with Appalachian Baits, some soft plastics may be returned. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to Appalachian Baits and any other costs attributed to the return. After speaking directly to Appalachian Baits and the package has been delivered to the Appalachian Baits facility, all returns will be inspected and must be unopened, unused, and cannot be damaged in any way. If a refund has been approved by Appalachian Baits, the refund amount will be the cost of the item minus the original shipping costs.
